Pulmonology deals with diseases involving the respiratory tract. These diseases are multiple and common: asthma, chronic bronchitis, snoring, sleep apnoea, etc.
Numerous investigational techniques are required for their diagnosis. The objective of pulmonology is to maintain respiratory function, improve breathing and treat tumours.
