"Move more" with the physical rehabilitation programme
Based on a minimum duration of 6 months with two, 2-hour sessions per week: improve fitness, prevent cardiorespiratory diseases, burn more calories (promote weight loss), relieve joints, improve self-esteem, enhance physical capacity, improve sleep quality.
Individualised management, cardio-respiratory rehabilitation, strengthening exercises, endurance training, exercises using specialised equipment, and follow-up of exercises to be done at home.
The therapy is in the form of aquagym set to music. It takes place in a hydrotherapy pool heated to 32 °C, and is coached by experienced physiotherapists.
