In order to provide you with the best possible service, and especially in the case of an urgent consultation, we kindly request that you have this referral letter in French or Dutch for a Nephrology-dialysis or a referral letter for a Urolithiasis in French or Dutch (or a similar referral letter containing the same information). The letter needs to be completed by your general practitioner or referring doctor and sent by email to our secretariat (Sint-Elisabeth: secretariat.nephro.se@europehospitals.be; Sint-Michiel: secretariat.nephro.sm@europehospitals.be).
