Request for appointment cancellation - Radiology

If you are unable to attend your radiology appointment, we kindly ask you to free up the time slot by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a fee of €25 will be charged.
To cancel an appointment, you can either fill in the form below or contact us by phone at 02-614 27 70 (Ste-Elisabeth site) or 02-614 37 70 (St-Michel site), Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
