Hemostasis Consultation
Our hemostasis consultations aim to provide optimal care for patients with coagulation disorders.
Here are the main objectives:
- Assistance in managing anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents to optimize and minimize the risks of iatrogenic harm.
- Coagulation investigations following a thrombo-embolic episode.
- Diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired bleeding disorders.
- Diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired thrombotic disorders.
- Management of coagulation pathologies during and after pregnancy.
- Prevention of bleeding during invasive procedures.
- Consultations available for hospitalized patients on the ward.
Practical information:
Opening hours: Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: Laboratory of the Europe Hospitals – Ste-Elisabeth site, level -1.
