Request for appointment cancellation - Nuclear Medicine

If you are unable to attend your appointment at Nuclear Medicine, please notify us at least 48 working hours in advance so that we can reallocate the time slot. Otherwise, you will be charged between 25 euros and 50 euros to your account depending on the type of examination.

To cancel an appointment, you can fill in the form below or call us:

• from 8 am to 4pm:
  • on 02-614 25 30 (site St-Elisabeth)
  • on 02-614 35 30 (site St-Michel)
• from 4pm to 6pm:
  • on 02-614 49 9 (for both sites)
