Opening hours and phone availability: from 8am to 5pm.
Closed on weekends and public holidays.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, and especially in the case of an urgent consultation, we kindly request that you have this referral letter in French or Dutch for a Nephrology-dialysis or a referral letter for a Urolithiasis in French or Dutch (or a similar referral letter containing the same information). The letter needs to be completed by your general practitioner or referring doctor and sent by email to our secretariat (Sint-Elisabeth: secretariat.nephro.se@europehospitals.be; Sint-Michiel: secretariat.nephro.sm@europehospitals.be). This will enable us to provide you with the best possible assistance.

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AT THE NEPHROLOGY-DIALYSIS department?
If you cannot honour your scheduled appointment, we request that you release the time slot by notifying us at your earliest convenience, at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 25 euros to your account, as the time slot could not be offered to another patient and was therefore wasted.
